We want you to be fully satisfied with your O'Neill gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items. Please ensure all original tags are attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point to begin the transit back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days and send a confirmation email.
